Recently our internet was running extremely slow, and have received a call from your support personnel advising us they had detected an issue with our internet, had looked into the issue, logged a call with our internet provider and subsequently had the problem fixed. With our previous provider we more than likely would have ignored the speed of the internet or waited for it to resolve itself as small problems like these sometimes seemed to trivial to look into! We now realise the power of your "Guardian" program and are amazed that you provided a fix to an issue even before we had advised you that we had a problem.
Since commencing our relationship with BMS the faster response times, continuous monitoring, measured decline in the number of computer problems and fantastic team attitudes have far outweighed any difference in costs to our previous provider however the added bonus is that your "fixed cost" managed services are actually less expensive and we receive a far more superior service.
Making the switch to BMS is one of the best decisions we have made regarding our computer systems and networks. We now realise this is something that we had been looking for without actually knowing it.
