How much does it cost?

We intentionally do not quote pricing on our website because every business is unique and therefore requires an individual business assessment and quote.

Rest assured, we provide the most cost effective help we can for our customers, and combine this with customer service quality that goes unmatched.

Why can't I access your portal?

The BMS portal is available to our existing IT services customers.

After logging in, customers can log a helpdesk ticket, check the status of any outstanding tickets, track usage & response times, as well as create custom reports and track Service Level Agreements.

If you are an existing customer and cannot access the portal as you would expect, please call our helpdesk on 02 4254 5444 so that we can restore your access for you.

Do you only help people in Wollongong?

No. While our head office is located in Wollongong, our service demographic is broad. At present, while we have a strong customer base across the Illawarra region, we help businesses from the Sutherland Shire, across to the Macarthur region all the way down to the Southern Highlands and South Coast of NSW.

Where we do need to visit a customer, we like to be no more than an hour away, so we also have technicians available close by no matter where you are based.

Do I need to use all the services that you provide?

While we are unique because we offer all three services as a single IT solution for businesses, we can provide IT Services, Document Management and Print Solutions as individual service streams for your business. It is entirely up to you and the needs for your business – we’re just happy to help where we can.

What amount of IT support do I need for my business?

To keep it really simple, we offer three levels of IT service - Bronze, Silver & Gold. Each level has built in flexibility that lets your IT demands keep up with your business growth, but still be cost effective. The best thing to do is get in touch with us and talk through your current business situation and what your plans are. That way we can match the right kind of IT services to your business, keep the cost down, and let you get on with what you do best.

Aren’t you a copier company?

We are much more than a copier company. We are a single IT solution for businesses of any size. We started out thirty years ago selling business hardware – mostly printers & copiers.

While it still surprises many, over the past decade in particular, we have evolved into a successful business that focuses on ways to help other businesses holistically improve their productivity through IT network, document workflow and print management needs.
