Meet the Leadership Team


Jenny Balzarano


Jenny began her journey with BMS more than 26 years ago. Working her way through every aspect of the business with the majority of her time spent managing service delivery and the day to day operations of our business.  She became an owner of The BMS Group in 2009, and in 2014 took on the role of CEO.

Jenny is dedicated to making sure our team is taking the best possible care of your team.  Her focus is on the people, process and purpose of BMS: helping customers build value in their business.



Shaun Minogue


Shaun has been an owner of The BMS Group since 1988. He has overseen our growth since then, ensuring that the company remains focused on making sure our customers get value from their investment in technology.

Currently he is involved in helping our customers understand the strategic importance of IT, and that BMS continuously evolves to meet the demands of a constantly changing technology environment.
